Motorola Droid X 2, Droid 3, And Targa to Come After The Bionic

After that, there are plans for a DROID X 2 (model MB870 code named Daytona) and a DROID 3. From what we’ve heard, neither of these will support 4G LTE, with the DROID X 2 also using the qHD display and dual core processor (but still looks like the original DROID X body), and the DROID 3 having a better keyboard design. Below are a few new images as both, but unfortunately the keyboard isn’t shown on the DROID 3.

But what is really interesting is the device with the code name Targa, as it looks to be in the DROID X model series (notice the camera hump on the back), but is much more fashionable with a chrome accents on the sides. This device will also support 4G, as it is clearly shown on the back cover. We can also see a front facing camera for video chats, capacitive buttons on the bottom, HDMI out on the side, and under the rear camera it looks to say “13MP / AF” but it is hard to make out. Hopefully it will also have a qHD display a dual-core processor, but our guess is this device probably won’t be out until Q4 for the holidays.

It’s good to see that Motorola is moving right along with its phone designs.

***UPDATE***
The same person who leaked the images is now saying that the Motorola Targa (which is the code-name) will probably come with a quad-core processor when it is released. There are also some new pictures of the DROID 3 open with its 5-row QWERTY keyboard shown below (thanks kbman).

Ipod Doctors Come to your Ipod’s Rescue

Your iPod has been your constant companion for years already. But at present, your iPod seemed to have fallen ill and would not work just right. You think it may be something with the iPod docks and cables but you are no expert when it comes to things like this.

Is it now time to purchase a new iPod?

Well, not quite. You see, when there is something ailing, there is a caregiver or a doctor. And for the iPod, there are already doctors that do their stuff to bring back the vigor that these portable media players have got. And Demetrios Leontaris is one of these iPod miracle workers and he has already got quite a number of patients which he had successfully restored back to health. Although there are some which simply would not respond and could not be resuscitated.

Interestingly, Leontaris still has got a photograph of one of those quite unsuccessful iPod operations. The patient was an iPod Nano and it was quite damaged because it fell from the car. According to the iPod doctor, the iPod Nano still was playing its media files however the casing was badly damaged that if attempted to repair it, the device would have broken and it would not play – at all.

Leontaris is not the only iPod doctor in town. There are already quite a few number of these new professionals popping up on the streets but also online. You can use your favorite search engine and find a good iPod doctor. Chances are, you would be having quite a number of choices on whom to call for help.

You see, these iPod doctors came into being as part of the cottage industry which actually works on keeping the iPod gadgets including iPod Mini Accessories healthy and full of spunk after getting sick. But these doctors are saying that such gadgets do take a turn for the worse mostly by mistreatment and not usually because of accidents.

iPodmods.com is one website where you can find information on the iPod doctor Aaron Vronko. And upon speaking with Vronko, he was amused to recall the kinds of fate of iPods that he had seen and had encountered. He says there were some iPods which have been whirling around with the dirty clothes in soapy water in the washing machine. There were also those iPods which have gone through really hard slams when a car door was closed. Another got melted down when it was left much too close to a light bulb that has been on for hours. Vronko also did mention that one of the best that he had seen were those iPods which have become chew toys for those adorable doggies.

According to these iPod doctors, they could stay in business as long as the current trend continues. You see, Apple, the creator of these phenomenal iPods, has got the gadgets under warranty for only a year. However, as part of the clauses of the warranty, they would give the gadget free services, repairs, or replacements if the iPods got damaged if it is quite clear that the cause was not by mistreatment of the player. If the screen is cracked or if it looks like the iPod was dropped, then say goodbye to your warranty. Now if you have kept your iPod safe and secure for a year, which is the period that Apple gives to its iPods, you can extend that coverage for another year but you would have to shell out some cash to do so.

As for the iPod doctors, there is not much that they cannot handle when it comes to healing the ailing iPods. In fact, Leontaris just needs his SUV which he has turned into a workshop on wheels. He drives to his customers’ location and they get a chance to take a look at the iPod doctor’s hand doing wonders on their favorite gadgets.
